Skill AI Institute – Terms & Conditions (Students)

Introduction

Welcome to Skill AI Institute. By enrolling in any online or offline course, you agree to
comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your enrollment, participation,
and conduct within the Institute.

Enrollment & Admission

  • Admission is confirmed only after registration and payment of applicable fees.
  • Students must select either Online Mode or Offline Mode at the time of enrollment.
  • Mode of learning cannot be changed without prior approval from the Institute.

Fees & Payment Policy

  • Fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
  • Late payments may result in restricted access (online) or denial of entry (offline).

Course Structure

Online Courses  

  • Classes will be conducted via digital platforms (Zoom, LMS, etc.)
  • Students will receive login credentials for accessing course materials.
  • Recorded sessions may be provided at the Institute’s discretion.


Offline Courses  

  • Classes will be conducted at the Institute’s premises.
  • Students must adhere to the schedule and be physically present.
  • Practical sessions and lab work must be completed in person.

Attend

Online Students

  • Attendance may be tracked through login data and participation.

  • Must maintain a minimum attendance (e.g., 75%) to qualify for certification.
  • Late arrivals or early departures may be marked absent.

Code of Conduct

  • Maintain discipline during live sessions.

  • Respect instructors and fellow students in chats and discussions.

Offline
  • Maintain discipline within the premises.
  • Follow classroom etiquette and institutional rules.
  • Any misconduct may lead to suspension or termination.

Course Materials & Intellectual Property

  • All study materials (online/offline) are the property of Skill AI Institute.
  • Sharing, reproducing, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

Technical Requirements (Online Only)

  • Students must

    student’s end.

Certification

Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of:

  • Course curriculum

  • No job guarantee is offered

  • No refunds once the course begins.
  • For online
  • For offline courses, reserved seats are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Changes in Schedule or Mode

  • The Institute may reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Offline classes may be shifted to online mode if required (e.g., emergencies).

Limitation of Liability

  • Personal injuries or loss of belongings (offline)

No guarantee of specific career outcomes.

Termination of Enrollment

The Institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment for:

  • Misconduct
  • Non-payment
